Flora Blanca

About a month ago, I lost my photos.  Over 4,000 photos gone.  I had relied on the Cloud when I should have relied on hard drive.  Lesson learned. Heart broken. Hard drive bought. It was difficult picking up the camera again, as I mourned for those lost pictures.  But I finally tried. And this week, I did a study of white flowers.

daisy
Leucanthemum ‘Aglaia’ (Fuzzy Shasta Daisy)
daisy2
Leucanthemum × superbum (Shasta)
jasmine
Trachelospermum jasminoides (Star Jasmine)
nigella
Centaurea Cyanus (Cornflower/Bachelor Button)
rose
Rosa (white rose–not sure of species)
seeds
California Wildflower seedhead (still working on I.D.)
snowballhydrangea
Viburnum × carlcephalum (Chinese Snowball Viburnum)
soap
Chlorogalum (Soap Plant)

    Thanks for following my posts.
Can’t imagine how distraught you must have been. However, these new shots have an inherent freshness and spontaneity about them….a new energy, perhaps….

    1. Thank you. What a wonderful compliment. Since the camera has now decided to no longer work, perhaps I am being sent a message to continue with that “new energy” in some other way. Hmmmm.
