This post sat idle for a few months–back to February.  There was a break in the much-welcomed rain.  We traveled to the garden to check on our newly acquired plot and plan our next vegetable adventure.  The previous owner of the bed had recently relocated for a job and left behind her fall plantings. Zealously bouncing among the blossoms, a greedy honeybee collected a feast.
